1. How do I know that my Manogi Voodoo won’t be damaged in the mail?

Each Manogi burner is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap prior to being put in a protective bubble mailer to be shipped out. Your Manogi Voodoo is also shipped in a form-fitting, padded box that’s extremely protective. It’s shock absorbent and prevents your Manogi Voodoo from rattling around. So your Manogi Voodoo will arrive in mint condition, with no chips, cracks, or damages. If for any reason your Manogi Voodoo is damaged, we will either ship you a replacement or provide you a full refund, no questions asked.

2. How does the smoke flow like that & how do I use it?

The backflow Manogi inscents cones are specially designed to burn downward by being the perfect amount of hollow on the inside and shaped the perfect way. First, light the tip of the backflow inscents cone, and allow the top to get glowing hot (allow 4 - 8 seconds of burning before blowing out the flame). Next, blow out the flame and allow the fragrance to release, repeat until smoke starts flowing from the bottom of the cone/hole. Finally, place the cone at the back of the Manogi Voodoo burner directly above the hole. It is specially designed to have a hole in the middle to allow the smoke to pass through the cone and facilitate a dramatic "smokey eye" effect.

3. Will Manogi Voodoo work with any incense cones?

The Manogi inscents cones are custom designed to perfectly work with our Manogi burners. You may try to use other back-flow inscents cones, but we cannot guarantee that they will work as well as the cones we provide or that the smoke will properly flow downward.

4. Does the Manogi Voodoo come with any Backflow Inscents Cones?

Yes. Every order of Manogi Voodoo comes with 100 free backflow essential oil cones. It contains our 10 new and improved all-natural, relaxing scents.

6. Is the Manogi Voodoo sturdy?

Yes. This beautiful piece is made of dense ceramics that are carefully molded by hand. If treated with care, your Manogi Voodoo will last for generations.

7. How much does one Manogi Voodoo weigh?

Each Manogi Voodoo weighs about 625 grams or roughly 1 pound and six ounces.

8. How tall is each Manogi Voodoo ?

Manogi Voodoo is 5.5x7.5x10 cm / 2.2x3.04x4.0 in.

9. How long does shipping take?

Our warehouses work diligently to fulfill orders within 24-48 hours. Our partner carriers ship and deliver within 5 business days up to a maximum of 15 business days depending on the country location.

10. Does my order come with a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a Fulfillment Confirmation email to the email address used when the order was placed which contains your tracking number and tracking link once your order is prepared from our warehouse. Please check your inbox or spam folder.
